Introduction :
These terms and conditions are governed by the Santaligaana. Your agreements with us includes these terms and our privacy policies. You acknowledge that you read and understood Agreements and agree to bound of them. If you do not agree with (or cannot comply with) agreements, then you may not use services, but please let us know by emailing us at support@santaligana.com so we can try to find a solution. These terms apply to all creators who wish to access Santaligaana Creator Panel.
Service :
Here are the services that are accessible and being offered to you (creator) by Santaligaana. You are allowed to create your account first, then Santaligaana team will verify the account validation that comply for creator to upload your contents (mp3 format). As there is an email verification option is available to verify your entered email for future use to continue communication with you (creator). You can track the realtime data related to your uploaded mp3 file format. You can know how many times your mp3 file (s) has/have been listened by the users on Santaligaana app. You can select categories, album and artist name while uploading your contents. You can recover your profile password if forgotten unfortunately. You cannot delete or remove your uploaded content directly from the Santaligaana creator panel. For this you need to file a content deletion request to support@santaligaana.com.
Content and data sharing :
Team Santaligaana or Santaligaana itself does not share your data (email, name, phone number and password) with any third parties. In the near future we cannot guarantee you for this. As for our analytic improvement and quality services we may use and process your data. We will continuously update our terms without any notification. We assume that you always stay updated with our terms by checking on our website. We never sell your content of our own without your permission, nor we re-upload it on our server or on other music streaming platform. Your content is secure and no one can monetize it on our platform without your permission. You can claim the ownership right of the pre-uploaded content(s) that are already available on Santaligaana app, and this facility will be given only if we think you are the genuine owner of the said content(s).
Content Monetization :
We offer you to upload your content(s) and can earn money with respect to the number of times your content(s) played on Santaligaana app by the users. We will pay you on the scale of Rupees 10 on 1000 times your song is played (listened) on Santaligaana app. And you accept this condition. (In future if our revenue increase, we will surely increase your revenue also) Your payment threshold limit is Rupees 100. You can request for withdraw. We will send you a mail for confirmation of your bank details on which you must have to reply our mail. Otherwise we cannot proceed for your payment. This process may takes few hours to maximum one week (7days) we process payments only on working days. You have to request individually for each song cross threshold limit.
How We Handle Your Contents :
For maintaining our quality and unique system arrangement, we undergo with few process with your details submited on our server through this creator panel. You grant us to : Modify your track/song title name Modify your track/song thumbnail Modify your track/song description section Change or re-arrange category or artist or album name All these changes are made for maintaining our app's user interface look beautiful and track/songs details correct as of original. For the marketing and content promotion we may use your track/song with your credit.
